Therapeutic Indication
Indicated for the treatment of GERD, reflux esophagitis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, NSAID-associated ulcers, H. pylori eradication, and hypersecretory conditions such as Zollinger–Ellison syndrome.
Dosage and Method of Administration
Adults: 1 tablet once daily for most indications; twice daily for H. pylori eradication.
For Zollinger–Ellison syndrome, usually 2 tablets daily, adjusted by the physician.
Mode of Administration
For oral use only.
