SOCLAV 112.5 is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections in infants and children, including respiratory tract, ear and sinus, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue (including dental), and bone and joint infections.
Dosage and Method of Administration
For infants and children <40 kg: Dose is based on body weight and should be prescribed according to the child’s weight and infection.
Frequency: Twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart.
Use the graduated dosing syringe to measure the prescribed dose.
