Therapeutic Indication

Effervescent paracetamol presentation within the PRUDOL range for pain and fever management.

• Oral use.

Therapeutic Indication

Useful in the management of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal and joint disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, cervical spondylosis, intervertebral disc syndrome, sciatica, non-articular rheumatic conditions, soft tissue injuries, painful inflammatory gynaecological conditions, post-operative and post-traumatic inflammation and swelling, pain after dental surgery, and acute attacks of gout.

Dosage and Method of Administration

• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to control symptoms.
• Adults: one tablet 2 to 3 times daily.
• For long-term therapy, one tablet twice daily is usually sufficient.
• If symptoms are more pronounced at night or in the morning, tablets may be taken in the evening.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever.

Dosage and Method of Administration

• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time.
• Use the 1000 mg dose if pain and/or fever is not relieved by a 500 mg dose of paracetamol.
• Recommended dosage is approximately 60 mg/kg/day, divided into several doses, without exceeding the stated maximum doses.
• In children, the dosage should be adjusted according to body weight.
