Therapeutic Indication

  • For the treatment of acid reflux, gastric and duodenal ulcers, and other acid-related conditions.

Dosage and Method of Administration

Adults:

  • GERD symptoms: 20 mg once daily for 4–8 weeks.
  • Duodenal ulcer: 20 mg once daily for 2 weeks.
  • Gastric ulcer: 20 mg once daily for 4 weeks.
  • Prevention of recurrent gastric or duodenal ulcers: 20 mg once daily.
  • NSAID-associated gastric or duodenal ulcers: 20 mg once daily for 4–8 weeks.
  • Prevention of NSAID-associated ulcers: 20 mg once daily.

Children:

  • ≥ 1 year, weighing 10–20 kg : 20 mg once daily, if needed.
    ≥ 2 years, weighing more than 20 kg : 20 mg once daily.

Therapeutic Indication

  • For the treatment of acid reflux, gastric and duodenal ulcers, and other acid-related conditions.

Dosage and Method of Administration

  • When oral treatment is not suitable : 40 mg once daily
  • Zollinger–Ellison syndrome Recommended starting dose: 60 mg once daily
  • Hepatic impairment : 10–20 mg once daily may be sufficient
  • Elderly patients: No dose adjustment required
  • Pediatric patients :Dosage not established
