Dosage and Method of Administration
Adults and children over 12 years: Usually 1–3 g daily.

Therapeutic Indication
Indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections affecting the skin and soft tissues, respiratory tract, bones, and urinary tract.
Dosage and Method of Administration
Adults and children over 14 years: 1–3 g daily, divided into 4 doses.
Severe infections: Up to 8 g daily, divided into 4 infusions, each given over 20–30 minutes. Maximum 2 g per infusion.
Children under 14 years: 25–50 mg/kg/day, divided into 3–4 doses.
Severe infections in children: Up to 100 mg/kg/day, divided into 3–4 doses. Maximum 33 mg/kg per dose.
