Dosage and Method of Administration
For pediatric use only.
20 mg/kg/day as a single daily dose for 3 days, without exceeding the adult dose of 500 mg/day.
In children aged 1 year and older, the total dose is 30 mg/kg administered as 10 mg/kg once daily for 3 days, or over 5 days starting with 10 mg/kg on Day 1 followed by 5 mg/kg per day for the next 4 days.

Directions for reconstitution:
Shake the bottle to loosen powder. Slowly add freshly boiled & cooled water up to the mark on the bottle and shake vigorously until all the powder is dispersed.
